So, is there any hope of Aiken really opening up? Does is it at least seem like he’s trying? Rain doesn’t appear to think so. Aunt Fara seems to be trying really, REALLY hard to be optimistic though.
Unrelated note: how does Rain look? I was going for something kinda Christmassy-looking, and I liked the dress when I drew it originally. I dunno, it is cute. But I kinda grew to like it less and less as the chapter progressed. Maybe it’s just me though.

She's covering her eye. •_•
But that's because she has a superpower! Right? Why else cover an eye?! >_<
I like the dress.
I love that dress! X3 simple but awesome
Rain's dress is too cute! I love her hair too!!
I see Aiken trying, and then failing, and then somehow finding resolution to try harder --> long hard road to success. I hope he tells Rain what happened to him, that way it will all make sense.
I think it's adorable. I think Aiken does too, he's just not used to calling his "brother" adorable. Give him some time. I know personally, even though I'm bi and even though I'm super accepting of everyone, it would still take some adjusting suddenly referring to my brother as my sister.
awwe she so cute and Aiken reminds me of my older sister (ABOUT 7 YEARS OLDER THAN ME)shes not to nice about me being transman but shes warming up to the idea. It takes alot of time for some people my older brother whose about 1.5 years older take a couple of month and now hes really chill with it
I feel so badly for Rain! Aunt Fara has been very accepting from the beginning, which is wonderful. But sometimes we *need* to hear the approval of somebody we know won't easily accept us for who we are.
Fara has a very good point, and Aiken *is* trying, but I can't help but think Rain was devastated by the "compliment" she was just paid.
I think her dress is very cute, though it looks more like a Autumn or Spring dress to me then a Winter dress.
And as far as "compliments" go... Aiken could've done a LOT worse.
Omg I so want that dress could you send me one littlelynn
Love the dress! Super cute.
OMG that outfit's adorable! I want it!!
Aiken is trying... I don't know if he's trying as hard as he could be, but I think he's trying hard.
She looks really cute in that dress!
For a christmas dress, a darker green (holy green maybe) probably would have looked good.. and maybe some red as well :D
I feel like they're going the wrong way about this by trying to force Aiken to be accepting.
Yes, it'd be better if he did and all but won't that just make him more resentful in the end?
In the same vein that it's unfair to force Rain to go back to being a boy, isn't it a little unfair to force Aiken to just go with it without giving him any real time to come to terms?
I just realized she's the coolest aunt ever. I'm gonna be an aunt soon and I aspire to be as cool as her! Also we're both bi and that's pretty neat haha
On a side note Rain looks so happy when she puts on the dress Fara gave her!!! It warms my heart
