This is a really interesting page, and I personally like it a lot. The images depict smiles on every face in every panel. And yet, Rain’s narration has this subtle hint of melancholy. I know I shouldn’t be patting myself on the back, but I really do love the dichotomy.
The second panel may require a little bit of explaining (not the reference; I’m hoping people just get that ^_^). But for those of you who might not remember, Rain lent her falsies to Rudy for the “Ruby scheme”. At the end of Chapter 12, she narrated that she’d never gotten them back at the end of the night. And for the keen eye, Rain was also unusually flat-chested throughout Chapter 13. Just… little things I did. (Also, I know tissues make awful bra inserts.)
The final panel marks the first time we’re seeing Rain’s braid since. I’ve been giving her pigtails so much lately, I forgot how much I loved the braid. Her newest purple/black party dress is strongly based on one I own, except the purple and black parts are switched.
Rain, all characters and all other aspects of the story are copyright material belonging to me.

Such a beautiful party dress. :)
I don't suppose you'd be able to recommend cheapish falsies? I'm stuck with tissues for now, and boy are you right about them...
Honestly, I got mine about three years ago at Walmart. I have foam ones (which were about $10) and silicone adhesives (about $20). You don't NEED both, mind you.
If you're just looking for something to fill your bra with to give yourself some curves, the foam ones (in my opinion) are way better, as they're just more comfortable. The adhesives are ideal however if you're interested in lowcut shirts, as you can use them to create an impressive illusion of cleavage.
As an aside, there ARE falsies that are marketed for transwomen specifically. I've never used those, so I don't what the difference is. Besides the price tag of $50-200, that is! But seeing as I've had ten dollar Walmart brand falsies that have served me well for YEARS, I have a hard time reconciling the the excessive price jump (especially if you're like me and really don't have a lot of money you can just throw at something like this).
Anyway, I hope that was helpful. ^_^
Rain is blessed to have so many good friends to help her through times like this.
Rain looks absolutely adorable in that last panel :D
It looks like falsies are falling out of the sky. :D
I wonder if the same thing works for cupcakes..hmmm...
Since you brought up the braid, I think this might be the time to point out something I've noticed for a while. When she's doing a ponytail, her hair's too short compared to how it is braided or in pigtails or just down (both the pigtails and the braid require pretty long hair, certainly longer than the ponytail and suggests). I guess you're going for extensions?
Also, will she be getting hormones eventually? Seems to me that with with the full support of her legal guardian, she should already have access to 'em through the 'recommended' channels. Or is Fara going with a 'not until you're 18 even though I know you're legit' rule?
Also also: loved the Zelda reference lol
I wasn't thinking extensions, but sure, we can go with that. Really, it's just that I'm a subpar artist with no concept of consistent proportions. XD
As for Rain on hormones... I can't answer your questions directly at this time, but it is worth noting that this is a topic that may be getting brought up pretty soon... like this chapter.
Something about the way this ends, sounds ominous..
I hope it's not bad.
Also when are Hormone Pills going to show up in the webcomic
Orly? Looking forward to seeing how that goes!
Don't worry, Rain! The days of worrying about breast pads are numbered!
Okies, until now, I haven't commented because I was busy reading this lovely comic (almost caught up in two days!) and—
AHHHHHH LEGEND OF ZELDA REFERENCE
...at least that's how I remember it.
But in all honesty, I do love your comic! It's different in that it explores every kind of relationship, and I love that because I can't experience that emotionally. (Since I'm emotionally incapable of many things and therefore have little to no chance of falling in love.) But anywho, I love this comic! It's amazing. It makes me laugh when I'm supposed to be doing homework and I can't wait to read more on everyone's development. I love the drama because it's very real, very relatable.
I'm ranting now, but thank you for making this comic! Have a good day~
