(They’re talking about Jessica, by the way. I feel like that should be clear, but I just now realized that her name is never said on this page. So just in case there’s any confusion: it’s Jessica.)
Anyway, have I mentioned how much I hate car scenes. Why do I keep including them? I just get bored and stop drawing the seats and seatbelts and… car. Forgive this for now please, I’ll fix it at some point, I swear.
I like the page’s dialogue at least. Rain’s infrequent moment of happy-go-luckiness is just charming and adorable. And Fara gets to say some responsible parent stuff too. XD

This is exactly how I used to feel when I met people who were much further along in transition than me...
LOL wait wait, is Aunt Fara making a turn in that last panel, or is she distracted?!
Ahahaha <3 I got a hoot out of that.
Silly Fara, she's a teenager, since when do they listen to parental authority figures?
Lol, this was totally me when I first started transitioning
@Danielle: I know that feel. I had the same thing going on myself.
I personally cannot wait for Rain to start along on her transition. It'll be interesting to see how she handles things like the morning sickness and changes to her body.
If you don't like cars just switch to jet packs. Well, nobody said this had to be our universe. :D
where did Rain get the pad of paper?
Morning sickness? Is that a typical side effect? I'm almost eight months on hormones myself and I've never had morning sickness. Or am I just lucky? Or not to that point yet?
@LittleLynn84: First I've heard of it too. Mood swings can happen, but if you don't have a monthly (or weekly or whatever) cycle it can be kinda hard to tell what's hormones and what's just everyday life.
@Valley: her bag, probably. She *is* on her way to school :P
@Allie: Paper? What is this paper you talk of....in the age of information.
@Valley: lol fair play
I have an awkward Rain-style question. Do hormones make a time of month? I've heard both that they do and that they don't, and as FTM I know male hormones cancel time of month, but don't know much about MTF hormones.
Well, a transgirl doesn't have a period in the traditional sense. But I believe there IS something they can take to emulate a cycle (essentially giving them cramps and mood swings). I actually don't know what it is myself, to be honest. I just know it's a thing and that some transgirls opt to have it for a more real experience.
Me? I took the lack of periods as a perk of being trans. ^_^
@LittleLynn84: No cramps. You need a uterus for that. And 'something you can take to emulate a cycle' is just you varying how much you take each day or week.
Don't bother, Fara. Moments like this, transition just eclipses everything else.
"I just get bored and stop drawing the seats and seatbelts and… car."
Holy crap 0.o
Why didn't the wheel become invisible too? Gotta say, though, Fara having a car that can suddenly turn invisible and back is awesome.
