Let me ask you this: when you heard the word “therapist,” what were you expecting? Was it him? Mind you, we still don’t know much about him.
Also, a huge thank you to everyone who donated what I needed to replace my drawing tablet (and then some). I’ve extended the donation pool in hopes to prevent further incidents like this in the future so we can keep things running smoothly. (Besides, there’s still some rewards to hand out.) ^_^
Rain, all characters and all other aspects of the story are copyright material belonging to me.
Well, he is not what I thought of when I heard Therapist, though I am glad that he is not what I thought, he looks better
I did not expect a guy like him exactly, but I did not think it had to be a woman. He looks really cool!
I think it's going to be interesting ^^
Before I scrolled down and read the last panel my response to reading "I don't have room for new patients" was literally a face like this -> D8 Thankfully the last panel made my face go like this -> 8D Along with a fist pump of course because it made me excited for Rain AND Jessica. I mean double happiness? Yay!
Oh, and I really wasn't even thinking about what the therapist might look like, it hadn't even crossed my mind honestly, but that might be because I've had all sorts of different looking ones over the course of my life. Vincent's look doesn't look too out of place for somebody who deals with gender issues tbh. Frankly I've felt more comfortable talking to therapists who dress casually for their appointments than those who wear suits. (Assuming that's how he dresses at work and in appointments and Jessica isn't just calling him at home or something.)
...Why do i get a jersey-douche vibe from this Vincent guy? I know he probably isn't like that, but just his appearance jsut kind of screams 'I'm a douche'.
The way he dresses actually reminds me a lot of the best therapist I ever had. :)
Decent tablets cost $400?! :( I have always wanted one, so was hoping they ran a bit less than that *pout*. I'm guessing the $100 ones aren't very useful/too small..
The therapist looks laid back and mellow to me. I had this one therapist who looked like a very normal suit and tie stuffy shirt sort of person, but then I found out later (accidentally via the internet with his photo) he was goth, vampire etc. lol.
@Guest: Bamboo Fun tablets are quite cheap and really all you need if you're just drawing simple cartoons.
If you consider yourself more of an artist, something like a Wacom Intuos would work for you.
Professionals tend to go for the cintiq
@Guest: Thank you very much for letting me know. Yes it's more artwork I'm after. I'll have to save up! I'm glad I didn't make the mistake of going with one which wouldn't have been what I needed :).
; ; hey hey, I grew up in New Jersey for a good portion of my life. So if you're referring to the state, please don't go hating/stereotyping by saying he's a "jersey-douche". There are jerks everywhere you go Q.Q not just in one place.
^^''' but i can see how his appearance can make you think he could be a jerk.
I don't know...he just looks like he needs his first cup of the day to me.
Looking at this page, I just realized that Jessica looks like she could be my mother. You know, if my dad wasn't my Japanese parent. Speaking of which, what nationality is Jessica? I'd say she looks Asian, and being a quarter Asian and having a grandmother who's pure blood Japanese, I should be able to tell, but I can never be quite sure.
Are we supposed to know this Valverde guy? I don't recognize him.
Pleeeeeeaaaasseee find a slot for Rain.
