Ooh. Can it be? Rain finally confronts Rudy about his prior actions.
Question: Did it matter at this point? The boy just explained to her not long ago about how much he cares about her. Do you think Rain is just opening a can of worms here, or is she right in that this NEEDED to be discussed?

rain looks so mad in the last panel, I dont think their trip to the mall will end good
Yes, it needed to be discussed. Of course it did. If anything, Rain took too long.
Anyway, commenting because that drawing of Rain in the last panel is my favorite yet, and your new pic right there in the author's comments is YOUR best yet!
It does need to be discussed, but I think it needs to be discussed in private, not in a mall where anyone can overhear.
I'm curious as to why this comes as a shock to Rudy. My guess is that he secretly hoped it'd never happen, but...
...Friday can't come soon enough. xD
Break up now imminent in 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5....
Yes, it's still needed. He didn't say he's bi(+), he didn't say Rain was an exception to him being gay, he basically confirmed that he sees her as a guy.
On the other hand, I suspect that Rain is partially subconsciously motivated here by guilt about her crush on Ana and maybe by wanting to be single so she doesn't have to feel guilty. Polyamory would solve so many people's issues in this comic :P
@LittleLynn84: I'm a firm believer in open communication being a foundation for success in any relationship. Yes, Rain *should* bring it up because it bothered her, and Rudy should know she has concerns. It gives him the ability to respond to those concerns and set her mind at ease.
I have found that in the absence of such communications, a person tends to assume the worst. I have also noted that assuming the worst causes many more problems.
I think it should be discussed further its like that saying goes you knew it was going to happen but that doesn't make you prepared for it. Like when you know your father cheating on your mom but it doesn't hit home or hurt as bad until you see it. As a transperson I can understand her frustration you want to believe what you hear is true about the people you love accepting you however due to your body dysphoria its not easy. I know when I get on my period and Im a train wreck no matter how many times my brother tries to help me or says I am a man (and is funny, even tells me his embrassing moments)I can't fully believe him.
It's maybe not the best moment to discuss this, but yes, it had to be discussed at some point soon.
There's definitely a difference between knowing it'll happen and witnessing them saying it's going to happen soon. So it's very fair for Rudy to have been shocked.
