It may have taken a few days, but Emily’s words from the previous chapter appear to have finally clicked with Fara.
Brother Arthur meanwhile hasn’t got the slightest clue what’s going on. XD
Rain, all characters and all other aspects of the story are copyright material belonging to me.
Also, I'm saving for SRS, and to be perfectly honest, I could use your help! If you can, great. If not, don’t worry about it. I totally understand (you don't need to feel bad or apologize if you can’t).
...and just like that, someone finally figured it out without having to be told directly.
Excellent writing on your part to have Fara actually figure this out on her own without having to have it spelled out for her! Hopefully she'll be able to offer some advice or support to Emily.
The mighty Fara leaps into action after her impeccable powers of perception and logic cue the realization that a young woman could be in need of maternal guidance! Will she get there in time, will she be able to find Emily before the school day starts, or will she have to wait until her lunch period? Only time will tell, so tune in next time for the shocking events yet to come in our next episode, "DUUUUUUH!"
Seriously, I'm glad Fara picked up on this, Emily could use somebody to talk too who isn't another kid. Go go Fara! ;_;
Irrelevant, but I love Brother Arthur's face in the fifth panel. It's got "awesome!" written all over it!
Wow, didn't expect that development at all. Very creative of you :)
This is my second read-through of this comic, and I just wanted to comment on this page because I am now imagining that Brother Arthur must now be wondering whether Fara just remembered a kid she'd forgotten she had or something.
