As a youngest sibling by a lot myself, I can vouch that it's possible to not really know your brothers or sisters well if the age gap is wide enough. It probably didn't help that growing up, I was very super secretive and distant so my family wouldn't catch on to my gender dysphoria (kinda like how Rain grew up).
Honestly though, since coming out to them last year, I don't think we've ever been closer. But that's me.
Rain, all characters and all other aspects of the story are copyright material belonging to me.
Also, I've said this before, but I'm trying to raise money for SRS, and I'm still struggling with it. If you can help, it would be most welcome. If not, don’t worry about it. I totally understand (you don't need to feel bad or apologize if you can’t).
Yeah, I actually got a bunch closer to my older sister after coming out to her, which was v v rad
Exact same thing with me. I came out to my family after my siblings moved, so not counting them, I got a lot closer to my parents after I did. I was a loner in the family, always by myself, I literally know next to nothing about my siblings.
And me with my younger sister. I think transition helped me deal with some issues about platonic affection?
And also affection in general actually, but my issues regarding romantic/sexual affection were different to my issues regarding platonic affection
I liked Emily's expression in page 1, last panel. I'm not sure it fits the conversation very well, but I like that snarky look. Nice to see her with glasses again too.
I love how sweet Emily is being. Even if she was kinda being a bitch in the first place, she's done a complete 180 over the course of the last few chapters and I'm absolutely loving this turn of events, especially how supportive she is of Rain.
I'm the youngest of four by a wide margin as well, but I am very lucky to say that I have a good connection with my siblings.
The nice thing is that they don't know about my very private internet life ^_^"
