The plot thickens!
And... possibly becomes curiouser and curiouser...

Oh gosh...why do I get the feeling that we've already met this mysterious ex of hers?
As for the SRS, that's amazing! I'm really happy for you.
Ahhh. This page makes me so nervous for the reaction of Alison when she does find out, and how is referring to Ryan as a guy currently helping at all. I feel like if she does still harbor feelings for Ryan that she might be able to tell right away...
Hooray for you.
Fingers and toes crossed.
Alright, I'm all aboard the Rallison ship! (Railison?)
I love the glare that Gavin is shooting at Ruby in panel 2.
Ruby isn't helping Allison's self-worth any. I really want Allison to join their circle of friends.
Whats this gonna do to my Rain x Emily ship?!?!?! D:
you had one job rudy! one job!
@pansexualangel: l frickin' ol
So Maria is dating Chanel but also likes Rain, and she and Emily are lowkey still harboring feelings for one another, Emily likes Rain who /really/ likes Emily and also had a requited crush on Allison in grade school that may or may not still be requited - we know Allison still has the crush, although we don't know what will happen if/when she finds out about Rain.
I can't even begin to figure out what order to put the names in, much less anything else.
You've outdone yourself, Jocelyn.
I have a really bad feeling about this. Rudy should not have said he went out with Rain. Now if Alison is going to see Rain as "Ryan", Rudy will always have to be "Ruby" unless they want Alison to think "Ryan" is "gay", which could also lead to some problems if Alison's not accepting.
Rain has so much on her plate to deal with already. So I don't want to think of any more negativity added.
So I truely believe Allison would make a good supporter of Rain. But if she did react badly in any way, I think it might be similar to how Gavin was when he found out. He was hurt that Rain, his best friend, didn't tell him and took abit to recover.
On a lighter note. Hehe I do like Allison but I don't pair her with Rain as anything but a friend. I believe the Rain x Emily ship must sail on! ^___^ It's just to great.
rudy is a pathological potstirrer
She's very open about this, hm.
Regardless, oh boy, nothing good happening here :s
This update really resonates with me. I remember pre-transition that I would turn people down and refuse to be in a relationship because of trans stuff. I don't know how it is for Rain, but for me it was because they'd only see a guy on the outside and that would color there perspective.
Deep stuff. Loving these updates Jocelyn! Your comics are always the high light of my day. My F5 button is worn out at this point!
Ah teenage romance.
I'm glad I never started dating until I was in my 20s.
I've just added another reason I want Rain to come out to Allison just so that we can watch Allison's eyes cross as she tries to figure out Rudy and Rain's relationship.
"You mean that Rain, who I thought was a boy, is actually a girl (and a lesbian), and was dating Rudy, a boy (who I thought was a girl) who is gay?"
programs, programs!!! you don't know anything without a program!!!
lol love these pages. and i think allison will be supportive once she figures whats going on out
and damn you gavin.. nice save. but you almost screwed up
@Dzaka: "you don't know anything without a program!!! "
But the paper the program is printed on must first be folded into a hypercube.
@Guest: i don't think the hypercube is theoretically possible.. also in my day we called it a tessaract
this is getting complicated, I might have to re-read to put it all in perspective.
also with that picture of rain it kind of looks like she's reacting to the above comic shyly, or as though she's actually writing the comic and trolling all of her friends.
There is a good way out of this situation, and it starts with a question — ideally from Gavin, but probably from Ruby:
"But what about girls?"
