Five weeks post-op, and down to three dilations a day. Woo!

And that's good because I'm actually caught up on the Pokemon XY and XYZ anime from seeing four episodes a day while dilate (until new dubs release). Although I admit to skipping some filler episodes, I'm still surprised when I consider how much of it I've actually watched. Good thing I still have other stuff to watch, but I think the only downside to dilating less is that I'll have less of an excuse to dedicate my time to watching more anime. XD

But now I'll have so much extra time to do other things!

What about the comic though? When does Rain come back?

I'm not going to name a specific date, but my goal is to return in October. I actually think I'm able to sit and draw pages now. Little by little, sitting up is getting easier, and I'm able to maintain my position at my desk for longer spans of time. However, there are a couple of things I'd like to get done before I return to posting Rain. For once, I'm going to keep quiet about that for now as I don't want to jinx myself. But know that I'm not just sitting on my butt doing nothing for this time, and I'll continue posting drawings and ramblings as much as I can so that the page drought isn't TOO agonizing.

As I've said with the last few recovery updates, I'd appreciate it if comments could stay away from discouragement. I'm trying to return to my normal state here, and I don't need any negativity to push me back down. So thank you for your continued support, Rain Beaus.

I love you all! Take care and have a wonderful day, everyone! ^_^

Glad you are on your road to recovery. I talked to my therapist about GCS sometime next year. I just hope my insurance will be covering it!!

Very glad you're healing! I have been following, but not commenting lately (my own personal issues ...). I'm looking forward to Rain continuing of course, but I'm most happy that you're beginning to return to some normal activities. I can't even imagine what it's like, so your updates have been very interesting to me. You take care and get better at the best rate for you.

You're pretty danged awesome!

What's dilation?

@Jeana Star: It's a process to get the neovagina used to being able to expand and contract. To do that, you use a dildo-like device, stick it inside of you, and let it slowly expand and contract, pushing the neovagina's walls in and out.
