Regarding the first panel before the conversation goes south, I know it's been a long time since Chase's last appearance (especially with my surgery hiatus), but I hope people still remember who he is. Carver however, I won't be surprised if people have forgotten about. He has, after all, not been seen outside of a flashback thus far. Here's a link to his mention for those who might need a refresher.

As for the rest of the page, Drew asks a couple dumb questions and Debbie gets upset. She's prone to snapping at people, but is she justified in her frustration this time?

I guess Debbie is having a little sibling syndrome (Well friend, but you see were I'm going) Since Rain came in. And since Holly is together with Devon I take it they spend most of their time with each other, Leaving Debbie by herself.

Oh, hell no. No one calls Rain a bitch. Debbie is lucky that I can't reach through the screen right now.

It is okay to feel anger and resentment towards people, as long as that hate doesn't cause harm that can't be repaired. Well, a few punching bags and clocks can be destroyed, but those can be replaced. Sometimes the beta bitch can ascend to the alpha bitch, but because this story has shown characters as humans and not stereotypes we can expect some teen angst that requires help.

@TranshumanAr: That was my thought exactly. I think we will see Debbie start going down the Alpha B route, ultimately forcing Emily to confront her actions recently. I think it's something a lot of people in the LGBT community do - they come out, or become good allies, etc.. and they sort of just leave behind their old lives. They leave behind their old friends, their family, their activities, and that has repercussions.

I just hope Rain doesn't get hurt by Debbie's actions in the coming chapters. But, I've felt since page #1 that the secret had to come out sometime and it's looking like Debbie and <The sister who shall not be mentioned> are in a race to the finish line.

I can see where she's coming from, she probably feels betrayed since Emily was her close friend and didn't tell her about it.. just hope she doesn't hurt Rain :/

I honestly understand where she's coming from. I feel sorry for her, and want to give her a hug. I just hope she doesn't hurt our little babu...

I can understand her feeling left out, but...Emily being pregnant should have prompted a more of a protective "are you ok i'm here for you" response, not an "oh poor me" response.

@Lenn: This. Though maybe she'll head that direction after the initial shock wears off.
